About Black & White Justice Foundation

The Black and White Justice Foundation (formerly the Errol Wyles Justice Foundation) is a non-profit, community based, non-Government organisation established in 2006 by founding Directors Stewart Levitt and Frederic Cassis.

The Foundation’s objective is to provide legal redress for Indigenous and non-Indigenous victims of crime and injustice in order to promote equal protection under the law for all Australians.

The Foundation relies upon, and is constituted by, passionate and dedicated advocates for justice and equality.
